Waltham Crash Sends Two to Hospital

Waltham Police, Fire and Armstrong Ambulance responded to 122 Trapelo Road around 3:30 p.m. Monday for reports of a two-vehicle crash with possible entrapment.

Upon arrival, emergency crews determined no one was trapped, but one driver had sustained a head injury. That driver was transported to a local hospital, along with a passenger from the second vehicle.

Both vehicles sustained significant damage as crews worked to assist the injured and clear the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
