Free Zumba on the Common starts up May 6

Jen Williams of House of Glow is giving her popular free Zumba classes on Waltham Common again this season. Classes are 7–8 p.m. every Wednesday from May 6 to August 12.

The class is open to people of all ages and abilities, with no prior Zumba experience needed. Williams advises attendees to wear comfortable shoes and bring water and “good vibes.”

“Jen Williams is an amazing instructor and entrepreneur who creates community and connection while dancing through world rhythms,” said Ann Callahan, a regular at Williams’ classes last summer. “Wednesday Zumba on the common is a gift to the community.”

The free Zumba class is sponsored by Healthy Waltham, with music by DJ Shaw.
