Wednesday, May 20 – Hot and increasingly humid with thunderstorm potential

Another very warm day is likely ahead of an approaching cold front. Temperatures may again approach 90 degrees, while rising humidity levels will make it feel even warmer. By afternoon or evening, scattered showers and thunderstorms could develop as the front moves closer to New England. Some storms may become locally strong depending on how much sunshine develops during the day.

• High: 86–91°F | Low: 64–68°F | Wind: SW 10–20 mph • Sky: Partly sunny • Precipitation: 40%
