More than 20 years after the Pino brothers, David and Frank Jr., first dreamed of opening a tattoo studio in their hometown, their dream was realized with a ribbon-cutting celebration on Friday, Feb. 28.
Several local officials joined the celebratory crowd at the opening ceremony including Waltham Mayor Jeannette A. McCarthy, City Councilors Bill Hanley, Robert G. Logan, Cathyann Harris, Carlos A. Vidal and Anthony LaFauci.
