Driver has a seizure and strikes a National Grid truck

Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Pine and Lowell Streets today for a reported medical emergency involving a motor vehicle operator who suffered a seizure while driving. Upon arrival, responders found the driver conscious but semi-alert, recovering after the seizure. The vehicle had collided with a National Grid truck at an active worksite. The operator was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. No additional injuries were reported.
