Volunteers needed to help search for missing Waltham man

The mother of a missing Waltham man is looking for volunteers to help canvas the area where he was last seen. Wendy Ralphs’ son, Mason James Boulay, 31, of Waltham, has been missing since April 25.

“I’ve exhausted all leads and feel like I’m running on empty,” Ralphs said in a Facebook post.

Boulay is a 6-foot-3-inch white male weighing about 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Ralphs said it is likely that he hasn’t had the opportunity to shave, so he may have facial hair. He was last seen in the Cedar Street area of Waltham wearing a cream-colored sweatsuit, a blue windbreaker, a green Celtics hat and black sneakers. He was carrying a black backpack.

Boulay does not have his phone, his wallet or his prescription medication with him and is believed to be having a mental health crisis.

Those interested in helping look for Boulay can attend a door-to-door canvassing event Ralphs is hosting. Volunteers will gather at noon on June 20 at 19 Cedar St. and will walk the neighborhood section by section to speak to residents and gather information. Flyers and water will be provided for participants.

Anyone with information about Boulay’s whereabouts should call the Waltham Police Department at 781-314-3606. If Boulay is in immediate danger, WPD advises calling 911.
